Packaging: It comes in a Nykaa signature pink-orange cardboard box which has all the details such as ingredients, pricing, manufacturing, shade name etc. This is also printed on the bottle itself which is good. The tube is nude-skin color feels glossy. The plastic is of good quality. It basically is a squeeze flat tube with a black cap that flips open. It’s a convenient packaging for on the go for touch-ups and is travel friendly.
Formula: The texture is quite thick and creamy but it does blend out when you apply it on the skin. It has light to medium coverage for a BB cream. It immediately evens out the skin at first application. Its not super buildable but you can always use it like a spot coverage where you think you need it.
The finish is not matte nor too dewy, its somewhere in between. It gives a nice glow. You can apply upto two layers without looking cakey. There is no particular smell to the cream and it doesn’t really linger.
Wear Test: I have been using this BB cream for a month now. I do mix a drop of facial oil in it as I have dry skin and the consistency of the cream is thick. It goes on smoother on my skin after I mix a drop of facial oil. Looks glowy on the skin even if i don’t mix the facial oil with it. It lasts upto 7 hours on my skin without fading, but it does fade and break around my nose as I have an oily T-zone. Usually the fading happens after 5 hours on my nose. It is transfer proof because I do tend to touch my face a lot. I do use a little bronzer which goes on smoothly on top without looking muddy or patchy. I do use a gel based moisturizer before applying any BB Cream.
Once you apply the cream, it settles down to your skin color making it look even out. It does oxidizes in few mins, so buy a shade lighter. I use the shade 02 Soft Beige because 01 is light for me and makes me look ashy. Soft Beige has yellow undertone which turns a little orange once it oxidizes but it doesn’t look weird on the skin as its not a typical foundation. I have neutral undertone but i like the warm tone if this shade as it looks a lot like my actual skin shade as it adapts to your skin after a few mins of application.
Tip: Don’t use a heavy thick concealer with this BB cream. The BB cream will break down and look cakey if mixed with a heavy full coverage concealer. Don’t use a water based spray on top of this BB cream, it will melt off your face. And its definitely not made for monsoons.

For reference: I have dry to combination (My nose and forehead is oily) and sensitive skin and have pigmentation around my lips and on the outline of my face. I’m not prone to acne but I do get heat boils due to weather change which do leave marks sometimes. I have few blemishes too on my face. I have dark circles under my eyes.
